1. No Refund Policy

All payments for Basic and Premium VA listings are non-refundable.
 

We do not issue refunds for:

• Change of mind
  
• Not using the platform
  
• Not completing your profile
  
• Low visibility or low client inquiries
  
• Account removal due to policy violations
  
• Late cancellations
  
• Any perceived lack of results
  
  

2. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
When you cancel:

• Your listing remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  
• You will not be charged again.
  
• No partial refunds are issued.
  
  

3. Failed Payments

If your payment fails and is not updated within 7 days, your listing may be suspended.
