1. Nature of the Platform

Find My Next VA is a directory and advertising platform where:

• Virtual Assistants (“VAs”) list their services.
  
• Clients browse listings and contact VAs directly.
  
  

We are not a recruitment agency, employer, talent-matching service, staffing service, or contractual intermediary.

2. No Guarantees

For all users:

• We do not guarantee results, outcomes, income, leads, or client matches.
  
• All interactions, agreements, contracts, payments, and communication between clients and VAs occur outside the platform.
  

3. Responsibilities of Clients

By using the Platform, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting a VA.
  
• You will conduct your own due diligence before hiring.
  
• You enter all agreements with VAs at your own risk.
  
• Find My Next VA is not liable for disputes, dissatisfaction, financial loss, or any outcome from your working relationship.
  
  

4. Responsibilities of Virtual Assistants

By joining the Platform, you agree that:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, portfolio, and all information you publish.
  
• You will communicate professionally with clients.
  
• You manage your own contracts, payments, and service delivery.
  
• We do not guarantee visibility, exposure, successful matches, or clients.
  
  

5. Member Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post misleading, false, or plagiarised content
  
• Spam clients or other VAs
  
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate
  
• Upload inappropriate or harmful materials
  
• Attempt to bypass rules, manipulate reviews, or misrepresent yourself
  
  

Failure to comply may result in removal from the platform without refund.

6. Subscription & Billing

For VAs using paid listings:

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
  
• Billing occurs on the anniversary of your signup date.
  
• You may cancel anytime (see Cancellation Policy).
  
  

7. Platform Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any part of the Platform
  
• Remove profiles that violate our policies
  
• Update these Terms at any time
  
  

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find My Next VA is not responsible for:

• Business loss
  
• Reputation damage
  
• Contractual disputes
  
• Non-performance of services
  
• Fraud, negligence, or misconduct by users
  
• Errors in listings
  
• Any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform
  
  

Use is entirely at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and apply specifically to paying members (Virtual Assistants) who subscribe to a Basic or Premium listing.

Clients who browse the platform do not enter into any financial or contractual relationship with Find My Next VA and therefore are not covered by this section.

Members located outside South Africa use the platform at their own discretion and risk, and by subscribing, they agree that any disputes, claims, or legal matters related to their membership will be handled exclusively under South African law and jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance

By using Find My Next VA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
